'07 FL OL/DL Kevin Bryant (North Carolina signee)

I am glad to hear you say that stx because most posters I have read (on other boards) seem to think that we are only interested in Bryant becuase it must mean we are not in good position with Barksdale or Davis or something like that. I am so sick of seeing that kind of pessimism.

Bryant obviously has some work to do, but I would be just fine with a class that ends with Martin, Davis, Wright, Barksdale, Gronk and Still/Allen.

If it weren't for grades, I wouldn't be surprised to see this kid on campus, but of course, he has a ways to go. Regardless, I am very comfortable with the way I think our OL and DL class will end up.

This kid is one of those that you would just love to see on the field though. His size alone would make him fun to watch...now with footwork, scary.

I'm feeling good about the 2 big boys, although Tressel seems to have a penchant for tightrope walking depth wise when it comes to recruiting big boys.

Ugh.......why does it seem like DTs always have the most academic problems, especially in the south....at least Barksdale is a good student

Someone did a study a few years ago and for whatever reason test scores/grades were inversely proportional to the players distance from the ball at snap.

IE Linemen & QBs regularly scored the highest while WR/DBs scored the lowest.
