From Bucknuts...Joey is getting mail from all the Big 10 schools. He wants to verbal very early.

I saw him play a few times last year and will see him again next year as I grew up in UA and still live nearby. The games I saw he was used primarily as a rush end/linebacker but I think he has the frame to end up as a DT in college. He could even end up as a David Patterson-type player...able to play both inside and on the edge. That seems to be the kind of DL recruit that this staff favors.

D'Andrea is the guy who came to mind when somebody in the Ogelsby thread, said we would be getting a DT committ from an 07 kid on signing day....

Upper Arlington defensive lineman Joey D'Andrea dominated a scrimmage to such an extent that he was taken off the field so the other team could run some plays. He made seven tackles in a row on one sequence. He is playing as a stand-up defensive end. I think defensive end will be his college position but he could slide down. He is a relentless, nasty piece of work that refuses to stay blocked.

Upper Arlington is very close to tOSU. Almost all these kids are buckeyes, and I would think the same. I remember Fraser's comments about wanting to play in his own backyard or something that extent.

And it is not B Martin.

let's keep this thread on D'Andrea...none of you are even remotely close so let's just all wait and see what happens around Signing Day as far as the '07 recruits are concerned...it's not that far away!
