Ohio State already is showing strong interest in Greensburg Central Catholic's Nick Sukay, one of the hottest prospects in the Class of 2007. Sukay recently attended a practice at Ohio State, where the Buckeyes indicated they would offer in January. The 6-foot-3 1/2, 198-pounder, a Pittsburgh Trib Terrific 25 selection, averaged 30.9 yards per catch this season and has 16 career interceptions.

Ohio State also sent Centurions coach Muzzy Colosimo a Christmas card with the following message: Please tell Nick Sukay the Buckeyes are coming after him.

High praise for Nick from his head coach as he details Nick's 10 INTs as a sophomore and 6 more as a junior although teams were throwing away from him. On offense, he average 30.9 yds/catch. Nick verifies that he attended a tOSU bowl practice and that the staff will be recruiting him hard when they return.

Great size and speed. Nice to see us getting on him early. If we can pull a few guys out of PA like Sukay, Blankenship, and Hynoski, that would be tremendous. I'd say we have a better shot at Sukay and Blankenship right now than Hynoski though.

His video is IMPRESSIVE...he is certainly not afraid to go over the middle and make the tough catches and has the speed to work the deep routes as well. I don't know if he has Hartline's top-end speed but he is very quick off the line and seems to move pretty well in the open field.

i would like to say that not having the top end speed that hartline has is not a knock on the kid at all. hartline is much faster than folks give him credit for. he displayed it in the big 33 game.

this kid looked pretty impressive to me. but to be frank, being a white boy from PA will automatically take him down a peg in rivals' rankings.

I am just curious where the catches are that gave him an avg. of 30.9 b/c he had a lot of 5-10 yard routes.

Also where are some of the ints and returns.

If those are really his stats, this was not a very good highlight video IMO, why not put the bigger plays on there.

I guess I should have worded it that way...I certainly wasn't knocking Hartline or Sukay. Hartline has the kind of speed every received dreams of. Sukay looks a step slower but he is still very impressive.
