'07 TX RB Bradley Stephens (Texas A&M Verbal)

Rumor is that ND is hot after Stephens now. Their alleged top 3 RB targets look unlikely (Mark Tyler, Armando Allen, and Brandon Saine), and they are trying to sway Stephens from his A&M verbal...

P.S. I didn't include Robert Hughes on the list of RB because I was told that they view him as a similar player to James Aldridge, and may be targeting more speed backs instead...

Fine by me. I think in a way this shows Weiss's arrogance, b/c there have been reports that he never had any intentions of leaving the south.

staying in tx

in regards to him staying in tx, i have some inside info. he wants to stay close to home and so do his parents, while in mcallen he was courted alot by a big tamu supporter. this guy was at every game taking stats.

i'm not a osu fan but i try to keep up with bradley and thought all the talk was interesting.

i know this is an old topic, but i personally know bradley stephens. bradley and his family moved down to the valley from chicago. the first game of this season, he broke the valley's all time rushing yardage records, and they still have 8 games to go. he has yet to break the 200 yard per game this year, but i don't doubt he will soon.

for more local info on bradley, you might want to check out www.themonitor.com, that is the local newspaper here
