'08 WV OL Josh Jenkins (West Virginia Signee)

What 22, BN27, etc. said...

I debated whether to even post that snippet because I knew it would cause havoc. As I said in my original post we know so little about the context of the statements by either Jenkins or Pryor. Was Jenkins recruiting him to WVU before he had the change of heart? Was Jenkins merely talking about them going to the same school and at the time was said to be a firm verbal to WVU? Etc., etc., etc. As sushi said, it's best to hold off on chastising Jenkins and/or Farrell until we know more about the situation. And this weekend will tell a lot...

I won't pretend I saw this coming, but I did pause when Duane Long started talking about the other offensive line options should Jenkins stick with WV earlier this week on the radio.

He said he wouldn't be surprised if OSU got back in on Mealer. I thought that was interesting since that has not been typical of JT (and Josh is a good example why I think!).

I would imagine that JT saw this coming a long time ago. Possibly even when Josh commited to WV.

I would bet that he even has alternate plans in the works , ones that he has already implemented. I believe we can put our trust into JT to handle the situation just fine and dandy.
I'm sure he is recruiting others just as hard.
:oh:

:io: :wink2:
