#1 Song on your date of birth (MERGED, AGAIN!)

UK - Float On: The Floaters. WTF?

One-hit wonder. That's all they played when I was in Kunsan, Korea for 3+ months...you must've been born in the fall of 1977. The whole song was nothing but each members of the group introducing himself, telling his astrological sign (huge back then), and what kind of woman he likes.

Date of birth (Jan 8, 1957):
US: Singing The Blues - Guy Mitchell
UK: Singing The Blues - Tommy Steele and The Steelmen

Same song, different groups? What the fuck was that?

18th Birthday:
US: Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds - Elton John
UK: Lonely This Christmas - Mud

Trust me, you've heard the song:

War!
Huuh!
What is it good for?
Absolutely, NUTHIN'!
Say it again...

yes, i absolutely have, my "?" marks were meant to be "!" meaning War - huh! just a joke seeing how long it would take BKB to sing alone, kind of an inside joke we have. But rest assured I have in fact heard this song, a kajillion times.

Think "Rush Hour" with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker....

The other guy is right... quite worthy

I didn't read through the entire thread, but I can't believe that this one wasn't more popular considering how long it was on the charts

Hey Jude - The Beatles
