Not exactly the best weekend to visit either

It always amazes me how some recruits "scratch off" a northern school due to weather; however, I've never seen any college player tell a northern city NFL team (like the Packers, Bears, Jets, or Steelers, etc.) to not draft him because he doesn't like their weather.

Likely because a college player won't turn down millions to wait on a warm-weather team to pick him up. But I do get your point.

We did all see a college player tell a warm weather city not to draft him because he wanted to play in a cold weather city. However I don't believe that decision was really weather related...

right...a college player actually has a choice of where he wants to go...a NFL player can get drafted by the team or pull a john elway/eli manning and say he will never play for that team...not many pull it off and it usually never happens because a player will never turn down millions to just got to a warm weather place...most players are just happy they got drafted anyways...eli and john elway are just examples of ***holes

I was going to make a joke about some players not turning down $180K to stay in the warm-weather but deleted it...don't want it to be taken the wrong in regards to Mr. Story.
