1996 #4 Ohio State vs. #5 Notre Dame - recoded

These DVD files were recoded from BuckeyePlanet member msj2487's original .vob files to fit on a single layer DVD. To view, you can write an ISO image and burn to DVD or watch at your computer, preferalby using VLC media player - Overview

Thank you to msj2487 for the permission to do this and to BuckeyePlanet for the opportunity.

Some additional compression was necessary to accomplish this. Quality is acceptable considering the original source was video tape.

Please note that I am now ready to upload per "dht" which is quite slow (not connected per the tracker, I believe). I followed the guide here at BP explicitly relative to using the torrent file I uploaded rather than selecting, "Open the torrent file for seeding when done" when I created the torrent (Vuze 3.1.1.0). Each time I used the uploaded torrent the "Status" column would state that is was checking the torrent, but the expected local download did not occur. Tracker status stated, "Unregistered torrent". The torrent would not download to 100% and move to the upload window as should be expected.

It is now at "dht" status since I recreated the torrent and did select, "Open the torrent file for seeding when done".

A few things to note:

I keep all files that I am the initial seed for in a directory that I created (the directory is on the primary drive). There is also a directory that is created with a normal install of Vuze at: Documents and Settings\xxx\My Documents\Azureus Downloads.

When following the guide here at BP and using the uploaded torrent to seed, I would find that the torrented DVD files are in both directories noted above (as mentioned, Vuze / Azureus would not show these files as "downloaded" or in other words, I am not seeding and the torrent has not dropped down to the upload window). When I selected, "Open the torrent file for seeding when done", I only had one copy of these DVD files in the directory that I had created (files did not copy to Documents and Settings\...\...\Azureus Downloads). I did change the save directory to the place I created, restarted Vuze and tried to recreate the torrent according to the BP guide multiple times with no success.

Any and all help would be appreciated. This is seeding now, but as mentioned, it will painfully slow.
