Clemson has been the most dominate team in CFB the last few years. They have a great coaching staff and great players. Every one of our games this year I went into them being confident that we would win. To me, this game is a toss up. But, if anyone can beat them it is THE OHIO STATE BUCKEYES.

A key to victory on Offense will be pass protection. We are giving up way to many sacks. I don't think anyone can stop our run game. Another key is that Justin needs to stop fumbling the ball. I think he has lost 6 fumbles this year?

On Defense the last few games we have had way to many missed tackles. It was embarrassing against Wisky. Bad angles, not wrapping up, etc. is hurting us. We need to correct this or Etienne is going to go off against us.

We definitely have the talent and coaching to match up with these guys. And I feel our guys are going to go into the game with something to prove. Back to fundamentals and execution.

GO BUCKS!!

Tee Higgins - Born 14 days after Tennessee won the natty in the 1999 Fiesta Bowl, was literally named after Tee Martin. Grew up 30 minutes from Vol's campus.

Trevor Lawrence - Grew up in Tennessee and has worn #16 his entire prep & college career because of Peyton Manning.

Justin Fields - Father Ivan called Tennessee's recruiting director practically begging for a visit, was told "Are we even recruiting you guys?" Eventually got a visit but they were completely ignored.

Butch Jones, y'all
"The Tennecheat Volunteers - Trey McNeil's team"

I think we're going to see Venables test our O-Line and try to confuse Fields with various D-Line stunts and LB blitzes coming from multiple locations with different combinations and delay schemes. Quick slants by our slot receivers and seam routes by our TEs will be key in making them pay for being overly aggressive. I'd like to see methodical drives in the first half focusing on these, interspersed with a steady diet of Dobbins. Instead of constantly remaining in the pocket and then trying to scramble after 3-4 seconds, I'd also like to see Fields do more rolling out of the pocket immediately after he gets the snap in order to counteract some of the slightly delayed pressure he's likely going to experience.

Especially up front I think it should really help us.

https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs

OSU has played 9 games against top 50 teams in Scoring Defense.

Clemson has played 1 team in the top 50 #37 Texas A&M.

OSU and Clemson have played 4 teams ranked in the top 50 for Scoring Offense. The highest ranked offense they have faced is Wake Forest at #39.

After looking at these stats I'm feeling more and more confident. Virginia put up almost 400 yards against them. A Virginia team that lost to Miami,Louisville, and Notre Dame.
