for that to work, the defense needs to play better.
Je'Kel needs to be on the court for his defense, shots falling or not.

While I agree with the fact that we are on a slump and we should be going to T.D. more often, I also know that to get out of a slump you just keep on shooting!BCSBust said:I'm worried. Worried in the sense that we keep shooting three's when we're off the mark. I realize that we are a great shooting team, but when we go on streaks and don't hit shots, we need to realize that we must find other ways to score. We have a Big Ten POY candidate in Terrence Dials, who should be getting the ball more often then he does. We also need to realize that when we have a lead with little time in the game that we don't need to be cranking up three's. I realize that we thrive off our three ball, but I think our guys need to come to the conclusion that we are capable of scoring in many different ways, whether it be Foster and crew hitting three's when they're hot, or feed the ball down low to Dials when our shooting is off.
So, I'd be lying if I said there's no concern in my mind. I think we'll win tomorrow, but we need to play smart. And when we get this little time off for preparation of the NCAA Tourney, we're going to need to realize what our strengths and weaknesses are. All we need to do is play smart basketball. The way I see it we have incredible play at every position. We play superb on both sides of the ball, which is due to great coaching. The way I see it (unless a team gets hot), the only way we will lose from here on out is if we beat ourselves with mistakes and turnovers.
Here's to great, mistake-free basketball played by the Ohio State Buckeyes!
