BP will keep track of HS performances of student-athletes that tOSU is recruiting for the 2005 class. Hopefully this can be a community project. Feel free to send me a PM or add additional info below that might have been missed. I will give credit to whoever posts or sends the info first.

Entry Eleven -Week 10/29-30/04:

NY RB Jason Gwaltney N. Babylon
Gwaltney set a state record for touchdowns, with nine, in a single game. He also rushed for 406 yards on 29 carries.
Gwaltney has rushed for 1,870 yards on 201 carries and scored 31 touchdowns in seven games this season. His career stats are: 793 carries, 6,788 yards and 121 touchdowns.

Robby was 6-14 for 96 yds passing with 2 TD passes of 27 and 11 yds.

FL RB Maurice Wells Sandalwood
Wells ran for 267 yards on 32 carries, and had 99 yards and a pair of touchdowns after only three carries. But two fourth-quarter fumbles by Wells led to Mandarin's game-winning touchdown drive.

WA RB Jonathan "Snoop" Stewart Timberline
Stewart went down with a leg injury in the second quarter. Stewart finished with 22 yards on nine carries. The Seattle PI reports it was a minor knee injury.

Taz was out of action because he broke his foot earlier in the week at practice.
CJ connected on 73 yd pass play resulting in a TD.

Reuland had a 29 yd TD reception.
Moline rushed for 65 yds on 8 carries with 3 rushing TD's (1, 6, 3).

OH DB Jamario O'Neal, LB Freddie Lenix, DE Curtis Smith, RB Tim Connor & underclassman Cleveland Glenville
Conner had 17 rushes for 92 yards and three touchdowns and QB Arvell Nelson had 9-of-11 passing for 80 yards and one score.

OH RB/DB Bryan Williams Akron Buchtel & '06 RB Chris Wells Akron Garfield
Williams rushed for a season-high 259 yards and three touchdowns and now has 1,596 yards for the season (not bad for a Pitt recruit).
Wells rushed for 205 yards and scored two touchdowns. Wells scored on a 92-yard touchdown run.

OH RB Tyrell Sutton Akron Hoban
Sutton, already Ohio's all-time leading rusher, gained 406 yards on 34 carries and scored four times (4, 68, 4, 71 yards). Sutton increased his season totals to 2,800 yards, 281 carries and 32 touchdowns.
Manningham caught five passes for 81 yards and ran for 55 yards and a touchdown.

Chambers caught a touchdown pass and scored on a 45-yard interception return .

OH '07 RB Jordan Mabin Nordonia, '06 RB Brandon Schmits Solon
Schmits, the 5-8, 155-pounder gained 344 yards rushing and scored four touchdowns on 39 attempts, becoming Solon's single-season leader with 2,280 yards rushing and 33 touchdowns.
Mabin ran for 214 yards, two touchdowns rushing and another on a kickoff to give him 1,592 yards and 22 touchdowns on the year.
Jordan had runs of 70 and 71 yards and added another TD on a 94-yard kickoff return.

Tommy rushed for 137 yds on 27 carries and three touchdowns. He has 1,760 yards and 34 touchdowns on the season.

Tolbert set a new Xenia touchdown record by rushing for three touchdowns, setting a new career mark with 53. Tolbert rushed for 171 yards on the night.

OH RB/DB Ryan Brinson & Dlineman Antwon Hight Canton McKinley
Brinson rushed for 202 yards on 34 carries and scored all three McKinley touchdowns. He now has 1,684 yards in 2004 (A McKinley single season record). Brinson also holds school records for career rushing yards (4,051) and single-game rushing yards.
Brinson also had an interception on defense.
Antwon Hight had a fumble recovery.

Senior Paxton Rose had 225 yds rushing with Boone making a number of key blocks.
