Interesting that Woodley and Pos didn't make the first team. Not that I'm complaining, just thought it was worth noting.

Woodley is a first team All-American in my book, the guy had a whale of a season. Poz on the other hand wasn't one of the best 3 LB's this year, so I agree with that pick.

If Woodley is a legit consensus all-american, Lombardi, etc. -- well, let's just say I have a hard time believing that Boone isn't even a finalist for the Outland and Lombardi.
As for Pos -- no clue. He's a distant 2nd best LB on his own team. Connor is a monster... and teams gameplanning for Connor is what opened the door for Pos to save his season.

Boone isn't even the 2nd best left tackle in the conference... Thomas & Long are on a different level.

DL:
Bruce Davis

Jr., UCLA
Notched 12.5 sacks, with at least one in all but three games.

You'd think they'd have a less goofy-looking photo of the kid...

These AA lists are all wrong.

xrayrandy said Blalock, Studdard, Seindlein, Okam, Crowder, Griffin, and Robison would be first team, and Charles would be second team.

The sad part of that... I saw the long list of names and my first impression was that you were exaggerating to make a point. Then I saw the name 'xray' and realized that he really did believe that nonsense.

Haven't thought about him in a long time. I wonder how he's handling the 3-loss season...
