I like it.

Not bad Poll position for us. Helps keep the pressure on but not so bright to be a negative. Allows us to move up at the right moment late in the season.

Not pleasant to admit; but TSUN was UNDER-rated in the preseason this year.

FWIW (nothing) I agree that #2 is probably high as a preseason 2007 rank for them, but I wouldn't be entirely surprised if they were outstanding next year. They have as much potential as any team.

I agree, they will be one of the favorites going into next season. Henne, Long, and most likely Hart will be back. Their biggest problem will be on defense, especially if Branch leaves early. They may struggle defensively early on next season.

Michigan will drop a game early. Their defense is going to be pretty useless, especially against a high powered west coast offense. SC is on the opposite spectrum. They will have a great defense, but they will drop a game or two because of the offense. One of Texas/OU will end up in the national championship game and winning it.

At first glance I think we may be ranked a little high. We will be going through a similar situation as Texas went through this year. A new QB is always worth some growing pains. "Our Kansas" at number 11 is way too low IMO.

I would consider Wake Forest a mid-major....since they do have the 3rd smallest student body of any D-I school....

Until they show that they have some kind of a passing game, they're not a top 10 team, no matter how good their ground game is.

#3 isn't a bad spot, I like having room to improve. Although with the light schedule next year it could be hard to move up if teams stay undefeated.
