2009 TSUN arguments, shenanigans (not football)

Just saw that tsun was moving to a 3-4 defense this season. Any truth to this? I can't imagine a team with less competent linebackers than tsun and they are moving to a linebacker based defense. It seems that it will also minimize Graham unless they are moving him to the outside. If true, these guys really are up shit's creek.

Michigan runs a 3-1-2-1-4.

3 DL, two big DEs & a DT.
1 DL/LB hybrid - their "Quick" position. In this case 225 lb Herron.
2 LBs (Ezeh - Mouton)
1 S/LB hybrid - their "spinner" position (Stevie Brown)
4 DBs.

the back 7 could work with the right personnel, but I have serious doubts about whether their 'quick' can be a steady force at 225 lbs. It would be like asking Dorian Bell to replace Larimore.

Ted Ginn Jr was quite simply the fastest college football player I have ever seen. There is no shame for any DB to admit that Teddy Touchdown simply ran away from him; it happened so often.

Before that it was Threet and Sheridan "were under scouted not under talented".

That one just kills me.

Also, even though he wasn't a QB, the projected domination of McHoppy has to be added to the time line. That was epic, epic fail.
