I hope if Buffalo does use their 2-pick on a defender who runs a slower-than-5-second 40, they go with their greatest defensive need and switch these 2 selections.

About an hour ago I decided to pop in my betamax copy of Top Gun and I was reminded of the need. The need for speed.

In that spirit we decided to draft Daryl Washington. One of the fastest LB's in the draft. Daryl's ability to go sideline to sideline was the impetus for his selection. He fills a need and will be given a chance to play both the WILL and MIKE spots to see where he fits in best.

Now if you excuse me, the shirtless volleyball scene is up next. :wink2:
