So it's all set and there are 2 Pac 10 teams, 2 SEC teams, 2 ACC teams and a Big 12-2 and a MWC team.

ASU will have to take down Clemson first and the winner of that plays the winner of the USCe & Oklahoma series.

On the other side, we have Florida vs. UCLA and Fl. St. vs. TCU.

8 great teams left and action starts this Saturday I think.

I'm hoping for an ASU vs. Florida finals or an ASU vs. UCLA finals.

Can we get a vbet for the CWS?
 
Best wishes for the recvovery of Chad Jones, who was in a single-car accident in New Orleans early this morning. He had a broken fibula and tibia in his left leg, and was in surgery for several hours today.

Chad Jones was drafted in April by the NY Giants as a safety, and he pitched on LSU's CWS championship team a couple years ago.

He's one of only two players to win a College World Series and a BCS Championship in football.

Weird. If the Cocks win we'd have a CWS Champ that did not win its conference regular season (Florida did) or its conference tourney (LSU did).

When LSU would win in Omaha they almost always won everything else too.

we won the regular season conference title and CWS in 6 times ('91, '93, '96, '97, '09)

SEC tourney and CWS 3 times ('93, '00, '09)

'93 and '09 was only 2 years we won all 3 in the same season.


watching the last CWS at Rosenblatt and LSU not being there really sucks.
