I wish people would calm down about the hat thing...

Yes, it's pretty foolish, but TV requires some way for them to show which schools they were choosing between, and this is the kid's one chance to have fun with the decision... Not much you can really do creatively with a bunch of hats on a table...

As much as I hate to say this folks, once Floyd stated his pick would be a shocker, UF had clearly gotten to this kid. I so hope I'm wrong but it just doesn't look good. Latwan was a shocker to me, but why didn't we listen to the kid when he said WVU was his leader?

In what world is a kid committing to UF a "shocker"? I'm fairly certain (nothing in recruiting is 100%) he'll pick UF, but the "shocker" angle isn't the reason.

For the same reason we didn't listen to Marcus Hall when he said anyone other than tOSU led.
