Damn skippy! The Eagles took a 26 year old fireman that should still be on the board well into the 2nd round, maybe even the 3rd. Here is the blue print, Andy you fricking assclown, for an awesome draft. And I did this with no smoke and mirrors.

1 (23): Akeem Ayers, LB, UCLA (Danny Watkins/OL/ Baylor)
2 (55): Davon House, CB New Mexico
3 (87): John Moffitt, OG, Wisconsin
4 (103): Jah Reed, OT, UCF
4 (119): Kendrick Ellis, DT, Hampton
5 (146): Jake Kirkpatrick, C, TCU
5 (151): Jacquizz Rodgers, RB, Oregon State
7 (229): Jaiquawn Jarrett, S, Temple
C (236): Chris White, ILB, Miss. State
C (239): Charlie Gantt, TE, Michigan State

I like that the Browns are going after the d-line in this draft so far. I don't know much about Sheard, but I like the overall strategy and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on the specific players for now.

My mock draft picks for the Colts worked out well in the real draft. I had 6 picks, one in each round to find, a 4-3 Defensive Tackle, a safety, rebuild the offensive line, and provide depth at the running back, and wide receiver spots.H ere are my picks

1. Derreck Sharrod OT Taken 1st round Packers

2. Drake Nevis DT 3rd round COLTS

3 Edmond Gates WR 4th round Dolphins

4.Marcus Gilbert OT 2nd round Steelers

5. Delone Carter RB 4th round COLTS

6. Chris Culliver FS/KR 3rd round 49ers

I want a part time job with the Browns:biggrin:

1 (11): Robert Quinn, DE [14] -3
2 (42): Rahim Moore, S [45] -3
3 (73): Allen Bailey, DE [86] -13
4 (105): Brooks Reed, OLB [42] +63
5 (138): Jalil Brown, CB [118] +20
6 (178): Frank Kearse, DT [231] -53
7 (214): Greg McElroy, QB [208] +6
Mr. Irrelevant (254): Dwyane Harris, WR [176] +78

Due to trades, it's hard to say how I did so I just went relative to where they were drafted.

Apparently was reaching a bit in the early rounds but managed to hit some gems in the later rounds. That -53 on Frank Kearse is disappointing but more than made up for it with the Brooks Reed and the Dwyane Harris picks.

Coming into the draft I was looking for impact players in the front 7 (NT, pass rush 3-4 DE, pass rush OLB) as well as some depth in the secondary (S and CB); basically the entire defense needed help on all levels. On the offensive side, only really wanted to take a look at project OLs, backup QBs (WE HAVE DAN ORLOVSKY FFS!), and a potential #2-3 WR in the later rounds. I think I did a good job addressing those needs, but the Texans also did a good job addressing their needs, going JJ Watt, Brooks Reed, Brandon Harris, Rashad Carmichael, Shiloh Keo, TJ Yates, Derek Newton, and Cheta Ozougwu.

RRRRRRRRRRRaidahs

Rd 2 - Steve Wisniewski, OG, Penn state (+0)

Rd 3 - Brandon Burton, CB, Utah (-58)
Rd 4 -
Andy Dalton, QB, TCU (+78)
Rd 5 -
Terrell McClain, DT, South Florida (+83)
Rd 6 -
Jordan Cameron, TE, USC (+79)
Rd 7 -
Ray Dominguez, G, Arkansas (Not Drafted)
Rd 7 -
Mario Harvey, LB, Ohio (Not Drafted)

I nailed the 2nd round pick. I got the position right for the 3rd round pick. I don't take much credit for nabbing Dalton in the 4th since that's where he actually was projected while we were on the 2nd round. After that I was going for value at positions of need.....the idiot Raiders were going for speed. I'd replace Dominguez and Harvey with Sanzo and Herzlich if I could do round 7 with the guys who were actually available.

I can't believe the real Raiders didn't get a LB at all. Maybe they'll make Chimdi a LB since he's got Big Ten slow.

Steals:

10th ovr Julio (6th ovr in real life)
5th rd Vereen (2nd rd)
7th rd Yates (5th rd)

Misses:
Chimdi was a homer pick, but there was a major run on corners (unlike the real draft).

Kendrick Burney & Noel Devine went undrafted :yow1:

I wanted to take Alex Henery with my first 7th rder, but missed my pick and he was gone upon return.
