Nope. It's based on the post season. Somebody who used to live in Niagara has it figured out but hasn't sent it to me yet for some reason.

winning has benefits.
the bottom 2 suck tards play their playoffs to see who has the 1st pick. winner gets 1st, loser gets 2nd.
5, 6, 7 & 8 play their playoffs to see who has picks 3-6. winner gets 3rd, runner up gets 4th, 2nd runner up gets 5th, last gets 6th.
1, 2, 3, & 4 play their playoffs to see who has picks 7-10.winner gets 7th, runner up gets 8th, 2nd runner up gets 9th, last gets 10th.
this is to prevent tanking the season and to let people who didn't make the real playoffs play for something.
