One burning question from this playoff season for me; I wonder if Hunter Pence realizes that he doesn't play for the Cardinals?

Solid player, goofy as shit, turns into Babe goddamn Ruth of infield hits in the playoffs.

Turned the game off in the 7th. Couldn't listen to Suck for a Buck any longer. Seriously, Joe Buck did a disservice to KC in that game. A team that hadn't been in the post season in 30 years gets barely a mention between cupping Bumgarners balls and giving him a reach around. Fuck that guy.

So the Giants were "2012 World Series Champions" in 2010, 2012,and 2014. That is amazing.

But in all seriousness...is anyone else perplexed why the official scorer completely made up his own rule to award Bumgarner the win. When the starting pitcher leaves without the lead (before or after five) the pitcher of record when the team took the lead gets the win. The only exception is if the pitcher was ineffective and his appearance was brief. I hardly call Affeldt's 2+ innings of one hit ball brief or ineffective.
