2016 CFB Week 9 Open Thread

If USC can turn a corner, they have athletes to challenge Washington. Not sure if they have the coaching to out duel Peterson though.

They could definitely put up a fight against most teams, but Washington has looked so good recently it's hard to see them losing in the PAC12. Every team has a clunker though and I wouldn't want mine to be against a powerhouse USC team with nothing to lose.

Hard to gauge the Huskies--they've played no one. This UT game should answer a lot (although I'm not convinced UT is a top 25 team).

USC sits at #2 on the list of teams placed on probation - mostly at the bowl and NC expense of Ohio State and the Big Ten. A resurgent USC is just about the last thing I'd want to see, right before a resurgent Notre Dame.

Not sure who to "root" for during the Cryami/ND game

A Cryami win gives ND 6 losses already

but a ND win brings the lolz from the Cryami fans who are convinced they are going to be back every year

Don't overlook the Apple Cup in Pullman. Bad Wazzu teams have knocked off the Huskies at home and this year's team is also 4-0 in conference. Mike Leach probably won't leave anything in the bag of tricks, either. :pirate:

Please tell me why one of the three most important games of today, Wash@UT, is on Fox Sports 1??? Does Fox really think that game is going to last 4.5 hours?

Oh, wait, recalling the Tenn/TA&M game. Proceed with business as usual.

Da U is harmless. They're never coming back, so root for them. Any and all ND losses are things of natural and physical beauty to be fully savored
