My neighbor...guys...you ever wanted to punch someone in their grill so bad you could taste it?

So, my neighborhood has a guy who sets off fireworks after Husker wins. Needless to say, he has a stockpile that would leave a very large crater at this point..

My other neighbor, a lady who likes dogs more than people, hates fireworks.

I go on our local FB site and JOKENLY say "Dont set fireworks off until clock reads 0:00. Then level the neighborhood, LOL"

I get the following series of texts...

Meanwhile...I hear a bazillion dogs barking right now.

Fortunately for us scUM will be so hyped up for the B1G favorite that beating them in November will just make it much better to drink their tears. Not that I have much faith in beating them right now but it’s a month away and it’s in Columbus. Don’t have to worry about being perfect and as woody would say, an ass kicking cleanses the soul.

If we need to lose the next 3 finding players, coaches, and schemes that will work... I'm fine with that. So long as we beat them.
