RU has won 5 of the last 6 matchups with Purdue. I only learned that today, but this was probably the team Painter didn't want to face.

Florida Atlantic survives 68-65 at the buzzer after blowing a 16 point lead to Middle Tennessee. The Owls are now 30-3.

I was hoping MT would win that to add another mid major to the dance and knock out 1 of these bubble major teams since Fla Atlantic is in.

MT was down 4 hit a 3 and got fouled with chance to tie with 13 seconds left. Then they missed the FT but the ball off Fla Atlantic giving MT a shot to win it and they got the ball inside and had about a 4 footer to win it and off the back of the rim. Then they had a shot to tie it to end regulation an open look from 25 feet off the rim again.
