That Iowa game last night was one of the most fun performances of OSU basketball I've seen in a while. 90 points in regulation is very rare for OSU in the conference tournament - I believe it last happened in 2010. And it's not like Iowa was just going thru the motions - they were doing their best & OSU still managed to execute well throughout the game.

Well some do say the team with one game under their belt has an advantage over a team that hasn't played on the same court. Let's hope that rings true.

Illinois is a very talented team and very explosive offensively. Tough to slow them down, but that's exactly what Diebler has to get OSU to do in order to get this win.

One other thing about the Iowa game - I believe it was Robbie Hummel who early on in the game claimed OSU wanted to slow the pace down, but I dont agree with that. This team wants to push the pace - they're not gonna force shots up quickly, but if they're open they'll shoot.
