2024 BP fantasy baseball format.

Which format would you prefer?

I like the idea of 6x6 roto, atleast to try it out for a season and then re-eval what we want to do for the following season.

We seem to have more banter trashing our own teams vs talking shit to each other about head to head victories anyway lol.

I've played both over the years and one thing I have noticed is players are more likely give up in roto when they feel hopelessly behind. There are no playoffs, so chasing the 6th spot trying to get in isn't a thing. It often ends up with half the league becoming inactive by July.

That is a fair point, Jake. But if you set it up to end our baseball roto season to correspond to the beginning of the Buckeye football season, then maybe the guys will stick to it until the end of August knowing it is a good sports diversion until football starts. At least it wouldn’t include the traditional “September slog” of fantasy baseball. Pretty sure you did that last season and I thought it was much more enjoyable that way.
