#23 Ohio State vs. North Carolina, Dec. 17, 3PM EST, CBS

Definitely could've used Likekele against their pressure defense, but if the Bucks shoot 60% from the FT line in regulation the game doesn't go to OT.

Missed opportunity, but this team's fate will be determined by how they do in conference. Perform well there and they'll get a bid to March madness.

also, MC shot 6-28 from 3 but 26-44 from 2 point range, that's like 60%. Sure, the fouls being called may have affected their aggressiveness on defense but you can't let an opponent get that many easy shots

Disappointing loss for sure but I agree that it wouldn't change much because conference play really is going to be the key factor. That said, the officiating was god awful...not going to say we lost because of them, because we could have won in spite of them. But it's Bacot allowed to molest and throw Key before he gets the ball, and then Key can't even look at him?

Some positives though...Thornton and Sensabaugh are sensational. Okpara is going to be awesome once he learns how to control his body, a lot of menial fouls that could have been avoided but you can see his potential. Sueing looks back to full form and then some, great game for him. Despite the loss, I am optimistic about how this team moving forward even in a tough conference.

When UNC was inbounding the ball with 2 sec left on the clock and the length of the court to go, why didn’t we have anyone guarding the inbound pass? I remember how we once laughed at Michigan for leaving that guy unguarded.

And since we left him unguarded, that means we had five defenders guarding four men. Shouldn’t there have been someone whose job it was to sit at half court to defend the pass they wound up making way too easily?
