If you were a recruit where would you most likely take you five official visits? Please keep in mind that on another board, a poster said if you visit Hawaii, they make you sign a letter saying you will be coming to their school because of the expensive travel to and from the US. Take that with a grain of salt, but something to consider.

My five would be:

1. Ohio State
2. Michigan
3. Southern California
4. Miami
5. Notre Dame(I would try and make it for the USC vs. ND game)

1. Ohio State
2. Texas - elite program/facilities, famous good looking women, very unique style
3. So Cal - LA is in a different world, and I can only imagine how wild it would be as a prized recruit. All of this in addition to the weather, ladies, tradition, and chance to talk to Petey in person (not a big fan, but it would be fascinating to hear the pitch of the best salesman in CFB)
4. Florida St - Tradition, laides, SEC night game, Bowden in person
5. Florida - Beaches, SEC battle, Meyer's pitch

just missed: Colorado (I love skiing), Air Force (any chance of getting a ride in a jet?), Miami (similar to the other two FL schools, no respect for coach).

Definitely not:
1. Michigan - unless I wanted to be classless and cause trouble...
2. Notre Dame - south bend is quite boring and ugly (in many places), could never play for Weis nor be recruited by him
3. Tennessee - no respect for Fulmer
4. OU - I would end up attacking someone after hearing boomer sooner that often. Given their obsession, I can't imagine how often it is played to 'woo' a recruit.
5. PSU - no.

1. THE Ohio State University Buckeyes
2. University of Florida Gators
3. University of Central Florida Golden Knights
4. Texas A&M University Aggies
5. University of North Carolina Tarheels

These are my favorite schools for football, in that order. I could not bring myself to play for any other school in these conferences.

HAHA, yeah I know, just took what he said and posted it here. He just said that the travel was expensive to and from the Hawaii.

Actually, roundtrip to Hawaii is not much more expensive than flights within CONUS...in fact, as HawaiianBuckeye showed earlier this year, some really good deals can be had occasionally (he had RT tickets from Honolulu to Cincy or something like that for around $350).
