UNC has a physically more talented team. They are bigger and stronger, especially in the frontcourt. A lot of guys that really look the part but are just average basketball players. Cole Anthony is the only guy on their team that has really good basketball skills. This is a great chance for Coach Holt to build his legend.

the short of it is that i think osu fares extremely well if we hit the boards. unc is not at all a good shooting team. they thrive on put-backs. anthony puts up a ton of shots, but a miss is not necessarily a bad thing for them.

my main concern is how the team responds to a hostile environment. the dean dome can be a bit of a tea-and-biscuits crowd, but it will still be a challenge for a backcourt consisting of 1 junior, 1 freshman, and 2 sophomores. fortunately, unc does not play harassing defense.

Thanks for the feedback. Read a few articles from UNC beat and it falls in line with what was posted above. As long as we play defense like we have been this is a winnable game. Just battle like crazy is all I ask!

I remember us playing them in 06 without Oden and we battled to the very end but it wasnt enough. Their crowd started chanting overrated and Roy Williams grabbed the mic and chastised the crowd. Weird moment

This is actually a very bittersweet game for me. My office at the UNC Kenan Flagler Business School overlook the arena. Unfortunately, I was not there for basketball season. People in North Carolina were always very positive about the Ohio State Buckeyes and always compared Duke to TSUN, say they completely understood how I felt. They were good to me and my family at all times and I made lifelong friends all I was there. Having said all that,
