Not saying I agree with the sentence either, but breaking a law is breaking a law whether you agree woth the law or not. IMO, that should not be an influence on sentencing though. Just because you think marajuana should be legal, (if that be your opinion) does not mean he should have a slap on the wrist either though.

Just because something comes from the earth, doesnt mean it isnt harmful or deadly, or potentially effect others lives.

I will agree though that murder deserves a stiffer penaly than drug use. Dealing/manufacturing/growing deserve a stiffer penalty than use as well. IMO

I am not saying murder is not worse than drugs, but have any of you people taken the time to see what drugs can actually do to you? In fact take a look at this.........
