A Couple of Quick Questions....

Ok, so I cracked the screen on my cell phone (its a flip/picture phone made by Samsung), and most of the screen has gone black, and the black part has gotten considerably bigger since I originally cracked it.

My question to you guys, is can you replace a screen on a cell phone? Or would you have to just buy a whole new phone completely? If you can, would the price be too high to want to just replace it, rather than just buying a whole new phone? I have about 10 months untill my contract expires, and having most of my screen blacked out is getting pretty annoying...

if you really love the phone, look on ebay for one like it, and just have your carrier swap them (all they need is the ESN # from the back of the phones). If you dont care about the phone, and its under warrenty, go in and bitch about it, if you bitch long enough and loud enough, you'll get what you want.

I have never known anyone to replace just the screen, might be fun to try if you can find a cheap one....
