I wouldn't bet on the Buckeyes (-53) for real money either; however, I do think the game will be a Buckeye win by a blowout. Maybe just not a 53 point blowout. We might score 60 points; however, the way the defense is playing, Akron might score 2 or 3 TDs.

Woah woah 10 points is going a bit much. Our D sucks but our O despite on all the consernation is at the very least very good if not elite. 20-30 points should be the minimum here.

Akron is REALLY REALLY bad, there is no reason this should even be remotely close. Auburn averaged 9.9 YPC against them and they made Bo Nix look like a September Heisman

Well, I'll be in the Shoe for the first time in 6 years with my pops, so I'm pretty damn excited despite all the noise (which I've also been a part of to be perfectly honest). I'm going to drink a crisp lager at the Varsity Club. I'm going to have a couple slices at Adriaticos. I'm going to do everything that made Columbus great when I lived there, and it's going to be AWESOME. Nothing like an Ohio State game with your dad that raised you right to root for the Buckeyes, going to cherish that experience.

Hope you and your dad have a great time! Was planning on surprising my dad with tickets to this one but he's been sick all week. He was diagnosed with MS not too long ago and it's going downhill pretty quick. Not sure how many chances I'll get now but I wanted to let you know to cherish it!! Sounds like a memorable time regardless of the opponent.
