    Congrats to all the Buckeyes!

I must admit that I'm a bit surprised that Carpenter wasn't listed as an honorable mention.

When was the last time OSU didn't have a single OL in either the first or second team? Embarrassing...

What I shall be the first to point out.. did you notice the coaches placed the same 1st team members from Ohio State as the media.. but all other players were ignored on the second team by the media from the coaches.

    Fraser 2nd team, Carpenter zero?

Somebody probably voted for Kaeding, not realizing he graduated.

Too bad Louis isn't around, he would have won his Dustin Fox bet... of course, Fox was injured for a number of games, and still got an HM.

  12. Here's hoping Gabe Watson decides to leave for the pros early. That guy is a freaking load.

I am glad to see Tate get props. After the debacle that was Orten falling apart, I think Tate's first team slot was justified. He carried Iowa on his back to a Big Ten title.

I always go with the coaches poll over the media poll. You want to know why Michael Hart ran for the yardage he did this year? Michigan's front six (OL + TE) had four first-team all-conference players. Hell, even I could run behind a line like that. That makes our win over them all that much more impressive.

The biggest surprise to me was Frazier getting 2nd team. I just didn't see it. A bit unsettling to not see any Bucks on that D-line.

We need a couple DEs next year in the worst way. If we don't put more pressure on qbs next year, we are surrendering some great chances for our new 2005 cb, TG jr., to come up with three run-them-way-back-type interceptions.
