Anyone here live in or know about Huntington West Virginia?

Never been to Huntington, kinch. My only memories of WV are the surprisingly high density of large household appliances strewn throughout the numerous ravines across the state.

Good luck, man.

You just have to remember the first rule of West Virginia:

Nothing good comes from a cabin in the woods.

It's funny to hear people from Columbus make fun of hicks in Huntington. On a scale of 1-100 (no right or wrong, just showing the difference) Huntington is a 1 while Columbus is a 2, while most East Coast cities are a 100. Columbus is a million times more similar to small cities out there than city-cities. Every time I visit Columbus all I notice is the bad grammar, lack of any worldliness, and fat people. Granted, I am moving someplace "worse," but it is exactly like Columbus to me, I bet.

And I love Columbus.

Let me translate.

Bad grammar - making him take his BW3's wing out of his mouth to engage in a conversation.

Lack of worldliness - How close is BW3's? 20 miles!? Son of a bitch I have to drive again?

Fat people - His fellow hot-wing consumers.

 Joking sweets!

That's like the Sun saying Earth and a grain of sand are the same size. It's all about perspective. Again...you'll fuckin' see.

I've never been to Huntington, but a few years ago I traveled over from Virginia for a weekend cabin in the general area. It was in some state park also off 64, it must have been an hour away or so.

The first day my wife and I headed into town to grab some groceries and saw a couple of old men standing around in the middle of town.

Me: Excuse me, where is the closest grocery store?

Old man: Liquor store?

Me: Grocery store.

Old man: Liquor store?

It went on like this and I swear none of the other men were helpful either, we eventually found some other visitors who told us where to go.

So I guess what I'm saying is that finding liquor shouldn't be a problem.
