I'm 6' 2', 190lbs. I run a 5K, three times a week. I lift weights and do circuit training.

Serious question, does a hard flight equate to a good workout at all?

Me, I'm average size. I dropped 25 pounds with the running and now do 5 miles every other day. I just wish I could do some abs but everything I have tried screws my back up again. I'll take flabby abs over back surgery.

im modest and have room where id like to make improvement but as of now im just trying to slowly get back into shape after taking time off with a broken hand and maintain it until i move to columbus this fall and can use the RPAC then i will pack some more weight on and get faster. as of right now i am 5'7" 182lbs and yes most of it is muscle but i dont brag about it because i have a stocky frame and i can get faster and bigger yet. next year by this time id like to be about 195 and more muscular and then i will be happy with 195 because i dont want to become a manbeast i just want to be in tip top shape and play fball for fun with the guys down by lincoln tower on the turf field:biggrin:
