Get rid of Fleming, and hire a proven name from the NFL who can take over for Johnson next year. Do a one season transition.
I was going to mention this in another thread, but you talked about the coach addition here. Problem is, OSU(and I'm sure most other CFB programs) expected the NCAA to make a decision on 1/11 to raise the limit on coaches. They never voted, so it left the team in limbo. The rumored plan was to pursue the DL coach at Ole Miss(Randall Joyner), and move LJsr to more of an analyst role where he didn't have to travel as much and could primarily work on technique while Joyner recruited on the road. With that not happening, LJsr is left to do his job like he has in the past. If the vote had gone through, Fleming could still stay on staff in the same capacity. I think coaches are still waiting on the NCAA ruling before making more staff changes

If I was AD's a make a stink and force a vote. No one is against this why did we delay it and worse why did we delay it indefinitely

At a press conference today:
  • Asked about his future and whether he’s contemplated retirement, Johnson jokes “I wonder if Nick Saban gets all these questions about when he’s gonna retire?” Johnson says “every year I’m still here, so that should answer all of your questions, so you never have to ask me that. … Until you see an empty chair here, then you know I’m gone. But I’m still standing here, I’m still here.”
