Authentic Ohio State Jersey

This last christmas I got a team jersey (#33) from my brother -in-law. He was on a business trip to at Nike and got to go to the employees only store and got the official game day jersey.

He totally surprised me because a few months before I was saying how much I wanted a #33 Laurinaitis jersey. I know they can be founf on eBay but not sure how "official" they are.

Thanks a lot ender. It's much appreciated.

Conrad's on Lane Avenue carries the Coliseum jerseys for around 40 bucks as I recall (not 100% sure on the price but I know there there and cheaper then the nike replicas). They have some of the more recent graduates in that style with the name on the back aswell (Smith, Ginn, Gonzo, Pittman).

They also have the Jack Tatum jersey there in the style that Cincibuck was looking for on this thread a year ago :p (bought one there for my dad).

Generally Conrad's does better with the sewn throwbacks (and the Coliseum ones), while College Traditions have the new Nike replica/sewn ones each season. The Barnes and Noble on high street carries the Authentic's behind the checkout desks

thanks fellas, i hope to find one soon, especially before sept. 10...GO BUCKS!!!!

cheroes.com You'll find full authentics there. They have the twill jerseys which are a step up from the screen printed ones then they have the authentics which have the elastic jersey material. Right now they have authentic #7 jerseys on sale for 70 bucks which is an absolute steal! I paid $150 for my Laurinitis.

How to Care for Jersey?

All:

I got my twill Beanie Wells Scarlet Jersey. I wore it through the USC game and sweated like a pig. There's no info on the shirt or the package that came with it that tells me how to wash and dry it. Any suggestions?

Wash it with cold water and let it air dry... NO DRYERS! That will pretty much destroy a jersey.

Is this threat still alive?

I'd normally agree with this, but the jerseys have changed pretty drastically. The jersey change has me feeling not as great about my offical clarett jersey steal. Picked up an offical new one for $18 last year. Figured someone good would take over number 13 and i'd be laughing to the bank... then they switched jerseys :(

Hey man if you are looking to dispose of your #13 jersey I would love to buy it from you (assuming its in good shape and my size)... I had an authentic #13 jersey since 2002 and had fallen in love with it (modified it slightly by putting "Amos" in black tape across the back)... but it was stolen this weekend! This on top of the embarrassing USC loss really bummed me out. So, in short, are you still looking to part with it?

The official team site has 2005 home/away gamers for $300 a pop. A far cry from the $150 price of a couple years ago, and the big guys (Ginn, Troy, Gonzo, Holmes) aren't available, but nearly every other number is there.

Ohio State Jerseys

Not really sure if this is in the right section, if not please move it.

I collect Ohio State jerseys, past and present. I have some questions to anybody who could help me.

1. Does anyone know of a good place to get name put on the back, not a shady screen print, but done the RIGHT way?

2. I need to find a place, or people, who have extra OLD STYLE Nike jerseys of certain numbers, (2, 9, 20, 24 come to mind) or blanks. Does anyone know of a "warehouse" type site of overstock place that has the old style (97-2005) nike jerseys (grey on shoulder band). Like stated I would prefer Nike, but other may work. Also, stiched is preferred, but screen may be ok.

3. I really don't feel like paying $150+ per jersey to frame (I have over 30). ANy ideas? I try to get the jersey with a 8x10 of the player framed with matting

4. I also collect the "draft day" jerseys of OSU players (the team they were drafted by) which can be hard with post draft day trades... Anyone know of a place to get blank NFL jerseys, old and new styles?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, still trying to figure out the site.

Thanks for any help!
