danny joe peters...
have you actually been watching the buckeyes? :roll1:

mark shoots 50% overall; danny shoots 25%.
mark shoots 50% from the arc; danny has never even attempted one.
mark shoots 100% from the line; danny has never even attempted one.
danny has never dished an assist, while mark has.
mark has never turned the ball over, while danny has.
danny has never blocked a shot, while mark has.
finally, mark averages 150% more points than danny does.

sheesh, jim. your analytical skills are very questionable. clearly, mark has a much better case as osu's mvp than danny does.

djp brings things to the floor that cannot be quantified by numbers, hes all about the intangibles...

some say oden being on the floor changes the game, i think peters on the pine is the big diff, imho.

Oh I agree that Greg could overtake him but right now i am more prone to say that it is Conley's team, not Greg's. And that makes him the MVP ,Right now

I agree it's his team, because he is our PG, much like QB in football. I was mainly trying to figure out your reasoning for saying "not even close".

I'll vote Conley and Lewis as "Co's" as of right now. Isn't it odd that your All-American isn't a consensus as MVP of his own team? I don't know how the hell he pulled it off, but Conley has perfectly blended the newbies with the vets to perfection. I get a chance to hang with Ken "Mouse" McFadden of the 1986 CSU team quite often, and I bust Ken's nuts by telling him how much Conley reminds me of him as a frosh when he lead CSU to the Sweet 16 only to get totally fucked by the refs in the Elite 8 game vs. Robinson and Navy. Ken seems to think that Conley will be an NBA All-Star. Have to agree on that one.

Conley. Lewis has been huge this tournament, but he is still not as valuable on both ends as Mike.

WW, as for Oden making the team (perhaps vs Conley)... there are many guards for AA consideration, but very few deserving bigs. I think Psycho T has been more dominant than Greg, but I don't mind the pecking order
