Heres my comparason, and is unbiased as it can be.
I live in FL so i saw a lot of LSU btw including the thriller against UF, KY, Ark and the gm vs Ten.

QB - When Boeckman is on he is a very good QB with a strong arm, Flynn is good with a slightly weaker arm. Both have a lot more mobility then expected, Perriloux is the wildcard but honestly Im not impressed with him, and I think Boeckman might have as much escapablity though prob not as much speed. Advantage Tie

RB - Though I agree LSU has 3 good RBS (Im sorry but Hester, Holliday and the other, forgot his name are good) Beanie is a beast, plane and simple and what it comes down to, is only one will be running the ball each down. Beanie is better then all of LSU's. Advantage OSU

WR - Robiskie is a very underrated WR.. Though I agree LSU has Doucet and Byrd who are good, however I have also seen the WRS not do anything special. I think LSU is severely underestimating OSU wrs. Hartline is a very good WR. Small has a lot of speed and as well a lot of backups can suprise. Advantage OSU by a little bit

O-Line - LSU has a good line, but see Kentucky and other games where they could not get 2 yards for 3 straight plays. OSU struggled early but has put it together late, the O-line is big and strong. Advantage OSU

D-Line - Dorsey Dorsey Dorsey. Hes the man for LSU, but honestly other then him, I am not impressed by a lot otherwise. OSU has Gholston who in my mind is just a little bit down, but being a defensive end, he has a different impact. The reason I give LSU the nod is because IDK which OSU d-line will show up. The one vs Illinois sucked, the one vs Michigan was amazing, so on consistency i give it to LSU. Advantage LSU

LB's - Laurinitas good but LSU fans don't know the depth of OSU Lbs. Freeman is a first day pick in his own right when he leaves and is a tackling machine, as well Grant is underrated but very good. Highsmith and Beckwith are good but they aren't OSU's LBS. Advantage OSU

DB's - Im sorry but HAHAHAHAHAHA saying what you say about Steltz. I kinda missed him against Kentucky and against Arkansas, did he make plays? Anyway Malcolm Jenkins is the best CB in College Football, the Safteys for OSU are all good and Washington is very underrated. However due to SEC speed Advantage LSU

Special Teams - Brandon Saine and Ray Small are very fast as is Holliday Advantage: Tie

Coaching - Tressel is a great coach. Les is good but Tressel is a great coach as admitted by LSU fans. Advantage: OSU

Intangibles - New Orleans gives a lot to LSU but
OSU comes in hated by the nation, disrespected everywhere, underdog in every sense of the word. Made fun of for the last year for what happened last year in Phoenix. They will be pumped up, and will play their hearts out. Thus making up at least for the game in NO Advantage Tie

Final Score prediction: OSU: 24 LSU: 10

Just my two cents

Id blame that one on your O-line, but if you have 5 good rbs, wats one going out ?

I've said a few times now, they're inconsistent. But on that particular play, you are 100% right. Ciron Black just completely missed his block, and Scott got blown up right at the line.

I'd obviously have to take Wells over Hester if I was a NFL GM or a big time CFB coach assuming I had to make a choice but if I could pick one guy off the LSU team to play for us it would be Hester.

An interesting fact about Hester. The year he signed with LSU he was about the last signee. LSU's recruiting class at that point was rated number 1. When he signed he actually knocked our ranking down to number 2 because he was so lightly regarded. Just shows how inexact a science recruiting can be.
