Bengals at Browns(-2.5)

Does anyone know how the tie breaking rules work in the NFL? If the Browns lose to the Steelers (probable) and the Bengals beat the Chiefs (possible) who is in last place? Do they go by wins alone and ignore losses (Cincy tied Philly)? I know they look at head to head which they are tied. If anyone knows the breakdown I'd appreciate an answer. Thanks

If this happens the Browns will get the higher draft pick and leapfrog the Bengals because of the tie the Bengals have.

I didn't either, but it seems that they play only one additional period and if no one scores it's a tie. Makes me appreciate the college system all the more. As for final rankings, I believe they follow the same format, total wins, then best record in division, then head to head, then most points scored in head to head.

In this case it was pne of the most pathetic games I have seen in the NFL. McNabb played and acted like someone who could give a shit less. To be then followed by Sunday's game was all the proof I needed that the college game is better.

Win %. The Browns would leap the Bungles for the higher pick.
