Bijan Robinson (RB Texas Longhorns)

Ezekiel Elliott has agreed to a six-year, $90 million contract extension with the Dallas Cowboys

Malcolm Brown's 2-year deal for $3.25 million with Rams includes $2.1M in guarantees. Only Texas RB in NFL unless I missed it

Distances from Phoenix:

LA: 373 miles
Austin: 1005 miles
Columbus: 1873 miles

If distance were that much of a factor, he wouldn't have committed to Texas in the first place. LA is "only" a six-hour drive while the other two are obviously not an option for driving. Cheapest flight from PHX to AUS is $485 (one segment), while the rest are $550 or more (per person). Cheapest from PHX to CMH is $836 with the rest around $870. That's a difference of around $350-420 per person per trip. Now, if his parent(s) plan on attending a lot of his games then obviously this becomes a big factor...if they don't, then not so much. The big question is: Which school will best prepare him for the NFL while getting him a solid degree?
Lol, I agree. I always get a kick out of the "distance" argument. To put this in perspective, the distance from Tucson to Austin is greater than the distance from Columbus to Orlando, FL

If seeing him play was such a factor, go to the U of Arizona

Birm reiterating that Bijan will not be a Buckeye. It’s Gibbs or Miyan.

My take reading between the lines: this is all lip service from Robinson.

It's also lip service about the hottest name in cfb as it pertains to RBs for 2019 (and a giant opening for him). Easier letdown for the school you're dumping if it's hard to argue with their merits. USC has many of the same flaws.

I’d absolutely love to have the kid. No doubt.

But if you don’t want to be a part of this team the way it’s playing, developing NFL talent, etc then there is no way on earth to land ya so......no hard feelings. Good luck to ya because there’s not much else Day and the staff can do. Some just aren’t gonna work out no matter what so that’s an easy pill to swallow.
