Fantasy baseball league keeper poll

Looks like @desert_buckeye, aka Wahoo's Revenge, hasn't voted. He was last seen January 20th.

At this point we have 5 votes for 1 or 2 keepers and 4 (counting Jax) for zero. At least half the league wants a keeper, some want two, so I'm inclined to make it a ONE keeper league for this season.

Is anyone going to disappear if that happens?

With the tally at 4 for no keepers, that’s more votes than any other option. If it was going to be to combine all votes for some number of keepers, we could have just had two options.

But if the fall back is one keeper, that is my second choice. I do get where you’re coming from with half the league wanting some sort of keeper.

Given that several of us dropped players last year during the playoffs (ex: Jax dropped Verlander & Kluber), I suggest we roll with no keepers this upcoming season, but turn it in to a keeper league for the following seasons. A fresh start with new rosters, roto (if that's the route we're going) and roll it into a keeper league for the seasons to follow.

Yeah. I’d have to think Verlander and Kluber would be pretty high up the keeper pecking order and those guys were dropped thinking that the league wasn’t going keeper mode.
