Here is the reply I got from them.....

They would have to wait until the next Tuesday unless you change the waiver settings and allow a window of "manual waivers" or "first come first served" mid-week.

I don't see an option for setting a window of 'first come first served mid-week', so I'll email them back and see how I would do that.

Ok. Here is the reply I got from them:

You can adjust the league settings online at anytime. There is not currently an option to automatically schedule that window.

So, once the waiver requests get processed on Tuesdays, I can set the waiver option to first come first served, incase you don't get the player that you originally put a request in for. Then, once the 12:00 games start on Saturdays, I'll turn the waivers back on.

I just want to say when I did my draft I planned for players not being available on certain game days and that's why I took some lesser players. I am not whining, well maybe I am a little, but I guess I will know better the next time I play.

I also want to say one more thing. I do not think that the "Snake Draft" does the bottom third, or in fact, the top third any favors after the first two rounds. Granted, I got the 12th and 13th pick but then I did not get another pick until #36. I guess what I am saying is that there are quite a few really good players who get taken when you cannot draft for 24 picks. I would rather have drafted every 12th time and I think I would have ended up with a better team. Well, maybe someone else would have ended up with a better team if they had my selections:rofl:

As I said before, I really don't care because we're not playing for money and I probably will win anyhow:lol:

But we're not giving the #1 pick the best pick every single round. College football is a little easier to grab quality after the top picks, whereas in NFL football (where the snake draft caught on), you'll have a hard enough chance getting a quality back at 12, let alone if you don't get to pick again until the 24th.
