If (and it's a BIG if) Sparty doesn't Sparty there is no way this scUM team can beat them. JT owned scUM, I think he leases it out to his friends.

I think Indiana will give scUM fits and if they can get a lead they just might hold onto it.

Nebraska....see Indiana.

I agree about NW.

If scUM enters the game at 9-2..You are a PUMPKIN GENIUS!!!!

I just don't see how they are anywhere near good enough.

Let's refocus on how incredibly middle of the road Brady Hoke has been as a head coach.

He's Mack Brown without the Texas recruiting base- wealth of talent that consistently under performs due to complacency and arrogance.

However, when the talent manages to give a damn, they're still dangerous as Texas showed against Oklahoma this weekend.

We will need to be focused to kick their teeth in. That shouldn't be a problem.

Plus conference championship game if they make it that far. For Bama that could mean playing SC, for Oregon that's probably UCLA again, for Clemson/FSU it's probably Miami.

I totally agree with you on that. My only guess is that philosopher king is even more annoying when you're forced to listen on a headset. Also there is a play clock running...it has to take Hoke at least 15-20 seconds to complete a sentence that will then need to be translated.

He probably makes the call if they go for it on 4th down, punt vs field goal, that sort of thing. He doesn't know as much as his coordinators, so he leaves them alone.

Hoke is 13-4 with a BCS bowl win after the previous coach went 15-22 and got bombarded 52-14 in a midlevel bowl game. This staff is doing a fine job and I can't even believe that some fans are currently complaining after the dramatic improvements this team has made in such a short time. With the job he's doing, I don't care if Hoke wears a headset, a ball cap, or a clown outfit. He's got Michigan on the way back to greatness and I, for one, applaud him.
