Bruce Hooley - Biggest Idiot now back on the radio in Cleveland

Bruce Hooley, has anyone had to listen to theis guy on the Big Show?

Assume Im able to get over the fact hes 5ft 2inches and 75lbs, hes a rambling idiot who knows little to nothing and offers no good original insite or information.

I have never heard Hooley. However, I have heard enough about him to hate him.

AS for Rome. I thinks he is the least knowledgeable sports guy out there.
All he does is kiss ass, then talk about how tough he is.
He has a bunch of clowns that seek his approval on a daily basis.
It's pretty sad.

Is there still a 'Fabulous Sports Babe'? I hope not, she was pathetic.

Seems anymore all any sports talk radio does if talk really loud and make mountains out of molehills. Fitzsimmions and Tim Benz, both us to drive me crazy on 1460, but they were also listenable, because when someone disagreed with them they actually listened to it, intead of just making allot of loise insulting the listener and then hanging up, which is what most of them do now.

I like Mike & Mike... they give my Bears a lot of run.

Look, as for everyone who always complains about having to listen to people talk about NY/Boston teams so much, realize something: it's for ratings.

What are the biggest/best sports markets? Boston and NY. Want the best ratings you can get? Better put those teams on. It's a business... and the business is ratings.

Locally (Chicago), I'd like to chop Mancow Muller into pieces. What a dolt. Personally, I haven't listened to him since I was about 16... but rumor has it he's still on the air.

Give me Mac, Jurko, and Harry all the time any time. They're such a great local program, and I think anyone in the nation would be lucky to have these 3 do radio for their city.

As for National radio: I don't care much for Dan Patrick without Dibble... guess it's just me. I don't like any of his routine. I don't listen anymore, so I guess I can't really say much more about him.

Romey doesn't get a lot of run in Chicago (most of the city can't stand him), and I guess I can count my blessings for that. Rome's entire show is scripted... I can't remember which radio personality was quoted as saying "as you know, my show follow's Rome's, and one day when we were walking into the office I had found the script still sitting out on a desk..."

The thing that I think Rome does better than anyone else in the business he doesn't do enough of... and that's interviews. He really can get the best out of athletes for some reason... it's like they connect w/ him on some level and they feel more comfortable talking to him.
