I talked to Robo the other day when he and Beanie were eating lunch together and asked him about this...he's going to be in Orlando most of the time training. I'm betting that Terry is telling him he really doesn't need the $1K/hour for inscribing his "John Hancock" on items but he needs to be working out for that "payday" come April! It's not like he really needs the money anyway. I'd be shocked if he doesn't do at least a few appearances but would understand if he didn't. From what he said he's not going to be spending much time in Cbus from now on.

Putting a group of these guys together would be great. If I had the money to do it I would. The current promoters running around Beanie and James Laurinaitis are focused on them b/c they bring the most profits in. Same thing with AJ Hawk compared to the other two LB's. If Hawk was not part of the "show" then the crowds were smaller for Bobby and Anthony by far compared to if AJ was included. The "b list" guys get screwed out of the equation so to speak b/c the promoters don't want to work with them. You'll have the MF, MJ, Hartlines etc but they don't want to invest in the others in risking of losing too much. The C Heroes of the world are ONLY in it for THEIR GAIN and not the interest of the player! IF they were in it for the player they'd include them no matter what. I could go on and on about this whole thing but my fingers would cramp. In the end it's sad but true the "b listers" don't draw the crowds but if they could be included when the crowds show up for the "STARS" then it may be of some help. Ok, I better stop!

If you're into autographs Jenkins is the "steal" of this class. I think he has the best career b/t him, Beanie and JL.

no, I have to work all weekend. If he were doing anything tuesday or saturday I would maybe try to go, but only if I get one of Hayns pics for him. I've got the next 2 Saturdays off but I only know of Beanie next Saturday in Toledo and doubt I roll to that one, unless Hayn picks me up and I help him sell his photos hahhahhahhahah. I already have Beanie, Malc, and James, but wouldn't mind adding Marcus, Robo, Nader, and like Rory .

what would we be talking to put together a group of like 4-5 b listers? I've got a guy that might be willing to put some money into it, email me some details if you can get any

Man that Jenkins signing was awesome at Polaris today. I literally got to walk right in pay (got there at 6:45) and get my 3 autos :biggrin:. They were so dead I even got to talk to malcolm for awhile. Wish I would have brought my camera, but other than that, good times and I hope he kicks ass in the League that pays for play.

Can someone please clarify which events (promoters) we are allowed to bring our own photos/items?
I remember seeing some chatter about a receipt, but then came the flood of DIY photos. I appreciate it.

Also, has Beanie changed his sig?
At the open practice and a charity event, I got the big "B" scribble with 28....anyone have the story on this?

The Buckeye Corner would not allow outside items. Only place that I'm aware of.

Beanie went back to Chris Wells #28. Looks like crap.

I will not get another autograph like that. I'll request Beanie #28 instead in private.

:oh:I went to cardboard hero's at Polaris . Bought my ticket at the register and a 16 by 20 pic of beanie jumping the ill player . Walked right up and he signed it no line what so ever . He saw my buckeye tattoo on my hand and said that a cool tat . I said thats nothing so i broke out the big guns and showed him my other 6 buckeye tats . he says man those are really cool . He loved it . I told him i hope he gets drafted early but i want him going to my colts . He laughed and said thats your team i said ya i .I SAID I WANT YOU THERE WITH GONZO AND ROY. Was weird that there was no line line at all but hey it worked out great for me.
