Buckeye Man and Buck-I-Guy??

Buk-I-Guy was hired by some food place off of High St. to stand outside with his car to advertise their grand opening last Fall. I was heading back to my place from South Campus Gateway and decided to talk to him and ended up taking a picture of him and his car. After I took the picture I asked if I could have a picture with me in it too so I could send it to my dad he said, "No, you already got your picture." Screw you Buk-I-Guy.

I think it is a ridiculous that these guys call themselves fan. Being a fan is not about getting attention, its about the team. To be honest, i think i would be willing to get arrested/lose my seats to an OSU game just so i could punch Buck-i-guy. What a doucher, i am a huge fan of the Cavaliers also and in a preseason game they played at the shott you saw buck-i-guy try to jump of and get LeBron's attention after a big dunk, LeBron ignored him. Made me laugh :)

The dude has got to be loaded, making his ego gigantic, thus his upper echelon douche-baggery status.

What happened to the guy who dressed up as Woody Hayes? I haven't seen him on tv for a while.

he is best friends with buckeyeman... not Buck-i-guy. They sat next to me at the Night practice and Buckeyeman kept making sure people saw Woody.

I sure opened a can of worms here, now didn't I?!?!

But in all seriousness though, every freaking game can't "officially" be called a game from the television standpoint without Buck-I-Guy douching the place up.

Lil Nut & Big Nut are the 2 that creep me out LOL especially Big Nut because he looks like a scarlet and gray uncle fester. Its kind of embarrassing when the cameras go on him.

Big Nut is from my hometown in Fremont, is actually a nice guy, and have heard nothing but good things about him..

Buckeye i guy on the other hand is an ahole.. My sister was at a local pub after the USC game and dip shiity sits next to her. My poor sister goes hey its The buckeye cowboy to her boyfriend and he stops her and says
' Its Buckeye-I-Guy get your facts straight before you run your mouth. I dont know who im more pissed at Buckeye-I-guy or her boyfriend for not ripping that gay hat off his head.

Big nut is a pretty cool guy - and Im not so sure about the rest. Anyways, I think this issue cracks open a whole new perspective on what it means to be a Buckeye Fan. Its not about how much flair you have, or how many stickers you put on your car - we should be concerned with quality not quantity. We already have a large fanbases, and don't really need added attention. So lets work on making ourselves a better fanbase. Stop all the douchebagness. Its just stupid. Some of these guys would get "WTF" looks if they were dressed in a similar fashion and attending Mardi Gras.

Top 20 super fans from around the country - ESPN
Super fans in all shapes and sizes

If the NFL is considered America's new religion, the college game is our nation's biggest cult. The most rabid U.S. sports fans, millions of them, fill stadiums across the country each fall Saturday and literally live and die college football.

In what other American sport can you find a fan like Giles Pellerin? The greatest college football super fan ever, he viewed 797 consecutive USC football games -- home and away -- before passing away at the age 91 in the parking lot of a Trojans game.

Or how about Cecil Samara? When Oklahoma's super fan passed away in 1994, he was buried in his trademark red jacket, an OU tie and a Sooners belt buckle. He had "Boomer Sooner" played at his funeral, but his family decided against Samara's wishes to have his index finger put in the "No. 1" position in his casket.

Whether they have ridiculously long attendance streaks, dress up like it's Halloween, have become performers on game days or complete other acts of sheer lunacy, all these super fans ask is to be recognized for their dedication.

Here's our list of the top 20 college football super fans based on their passion, loyalty, flair and celebrity status on campus.

17. John Chubb (Ohio State) There was a void at Ohio State after the passing of super fan Orlas King in 2004, known as "Neutron Man."

While plenty of Bucknuts have stepped up to fill his shoes, the most identifiable is John Chubb, known as "Buck-I-Guy."

The camera loves Chubb, whom you can see decked out at Ohio Stadium in a white jump suit, a mustache painted red, sports gloves, eye black with OSU logos on it, and an Ohio State cape and cowboy hat. When the camera inevitably finds him, Chubb is split-second on the draw to pull out his barehanded six-shooters and fire away at the camera.
