Buckeye Planet T-Shirts (Split)

Please Read...

Posted on Spring Game and T Shirt threads for max exposure...

OK guys I have gotten a lot of PM on where to set up. I have been there every year for the last 10 or so years and have always parked in the French Field House parking lot (Stadium side) Great place to tailgate, but not a lot of passersby to sell shirts and stuff. I mentioned the Fawcett Center only because I usually park there or in the Woody Hayes Center for regular games. Tons of people and if you get there early enough to get a primo spot, all of them will walk right past you to get to the Stadium. That being said, I have never parked there for a Spring Game and don't know how packed it gets not being a sold out event. This is where I need to here from anybody that has parked there before. Also, one thing I think we are gonna have to clear up is that tOSU/Columbus has a STRICT policy on selling things on gamedays. A vending license is a must if people are going to make selling these shirts a high profile thing. It would suck to make all kinds of money for the site, only to have to use it to pay off court costs and fines. I have a few guys that have generously volunteered to help me take up some space early in the morning, so we can go pretty much where ever we want.
Please respond with ideas, suggestions, thoughts, etc....

fyi - i own a company that we screen print t-shirts so if you need a company to make the shirts let me know - we do business with tOSU also - but if you are going to donate the proceeds i can get a good price for you

maybe the large logo on the back, with a mini one positioned on the front right or left of the chest, w/ the website address?...
I, too, like the small emblem on the front pocket area and a larger one on the back. When it's on the back, strangers can look at it longer without being nervous about staring at you. Plus it doesn't clash with your Buckeye hat when it's on the back. I like the lower font over the upper one.

We're back in business people. Make sure you get yours ordered now unless you want to wait a long time. Anyone who orders by March 18 will be in the first wave of orders, whereas you may have to wait some time before we'll end the second wave of orders.

We will work out the details of the paypal system at the start of next week. We will also accept money orders, tho it will be easier to track information and keep everythign organized if we use paypal to handle your 'donations.'

These shirts are going like wildfire, so don't be the last buckeyefan, especially not the last BPer, without one.

edit: I overlooked the fact that since the shirts have been cleared as not infringing upon tOSU at all, we can sell these off campus. So please send me a PM if you'd be willing to help sell t-shirts at the spring game. I still need confirmation from Clarity that this is legal, but it seems like we should be able to sell them once we obtain a seller's license.

No charity design or anything. The shirt should stay exactly the same, tho having the logo on the back looks like its becoming more likely. First phase is to go with just t-shirts for bp members who make a donation via paypal. In a few days we're gonna make sure we can cansider selling the t-shirts at an off-campus location (like Lane ave without getting in trouble). But for now all of the original orders stand with the same product.

If there were any of you who were undecided about whether or not you want a shirt, you should definitely purchase one to help to work towards the $16000 needed eventually for the right server...

So please help us out, as our server is going to continue to blossom but we have very limited amounts of money raised thus far for the new server. If the number of t-shirts given away for a donation skyrockets, you will pay the same amount but we will have to pay a lot less for production per shirt which equates to more money to BP. Every cent that you donate will end up directly in Clarity's server fund.

Look at it this way guys...

You can donate 5 or 10 bucks towards the server this spring, or you can donate 12-15 bucks and get a sweet shirt out of the deal. It's a no-brainer.

I'm still deciding what to get, I'll let you guys know.
