Buckeye sticker mistaken for marijuana sticker

Too bad she didn't hand him a Buckeye necklace and ask if she was being arrested for possession.

There was a bit more to the story in the version I read. The officer asked that the sticker be removed - even after he was told it was a college trademark. Whether a pot leaf or a Buckeye leaf, does she not have the right to display it?
