In 2008, the posters of BuckeyePlanet.com defeated the Trojans of WeAreSC.com in a season-long contest of [strike]guessing[/strike] prognosticating. You can find last year's contest here.
It's a new year and the Challenge is back, but the Trojans are not. In their place are the good people of Bucknuts.com.
Here is how it works. Each week I will ask you to predict the performances of a select number of players (eg, how many yards does Boom Herron gain this week), as well as other things (eg, what is Ohio State's margin of victory over Navy).
I will give more info about the scoring later, but the gist is that you get points based on how close your predictions are, and you get bonus points for being the closest for a category. I will keep a running leader board every week to see who the top individual contestants are.
The team portion will work by taking the top 10 weekly contestants from each site. Those scores will be calculated each week, and a winner will be determined at the end of the bowls. The key is that participation is very important for a team to win, so get as many people to play as possible.
