Buckeyes from your hometown/HS

I don't understand how anyone can go to the same high school as an OSU player and then misspell their name (Simon FRASIER? did he have a brother named Niles? Keith BYERS? did he sell cars, too?).

I did not attend the same high school that Keith went to. He is from my hometown of Dayton and I am over 40 and my memory is failing - sorry:wink2:

We can now add Pentello to the list and I guess we can include Westerville (Central) kicker Ben Buchanan. Also Jeff Davidson, the lineman from Westerville (North).

Luke Fickell is also from Westerville, although he went to DeSales. If he stayed in public school, he would have gone to North.

...all TBDBITL members. Very small town that doesn't produce too many great athletes. Good small-town band program throughout the years though.

Forgot to give props to a current Buckeye from my wife's hometown (my adopted hometown, to which I pay real estate tax through the nose), Zach Domicone, Beavercreek.

Tyler "Tank" Wayley went to Ironton High (Who just recently their head coach became the leader in all time wins)
and Casey Christian went to a school called Rock Hill. Ive met both of them. I actually went to school with Casey for a year.

Nothing from my hometown, but some area high schoolers. As mentioned, Orlando Pace and Tim Anderson. Players that hail from schools that my high school plays include:

FB Brandon Schnittker: Perkins HS
P Tyson Gentry: Perkins HS
WR Garrett Hummel: Shelby HS

My area is much more well known for producing OSU Baseball products (JB Shuck, Josh Hula, Rory Meister, Cory Rupert).

I don't think there have been any significant Buckeyes from Stuttgart

I could claim Pataskala I guess, since I graduated High school there, but I'm not aware of any Buckeyes from there...

Pretty sure that Pataskala produced a basketball player in the late 80s early 90s. I remember the announcers of a game pronouncing it Pat-Alaska.

And one of the good doctors helped continue the tradition in Brookville  always weird to see my dad's name online...
